All Board fees and fines are non-refundable, and non-transferable per ORS 847-005-0005(2).
Fees submitted as part of the license application or license renewal process are not refundable. Be certain that you intend to complete the process before submitting your payment. If you have any questions regarding your eligibility, please call the Board at 971-673-2700.
Data request fees cover the cost of processing and are not refundable.
If an error has been made in your payment, contact the Board to request a review of your account. If the Board determines an error was made on its behalf, a refund will be processed as a credit to your credit card account within 10 working days.
