| EPT Advisory Council |
|
The Advisory Council for Electrologists, Permanent Color Technicians and Tattoo Artists (EPT) consists of five members appointed by the governor: three licensed electrologists or permanent color technicians / tattoo artists with at least two years of experience each; one licensed physician, nurse, nursing home administrator or naturopathic physician; and one member of the public who does not possess the professional qualifications of other members.
Terms of office are four years, and members serve at the pleasure of the governor. Members are eligible for reappointment. If a member serves two consecutive terms, at least four years must elapse before the member is again eligible for appointment.
